About
Left Field Enterprises

Left Field Enterprises was born during the 2002 World Series
from the mind of artist Lori Elder, who while watching her San
Francisco Giants, came up with an idea that would change her
life in a very BIG way!
It was during the 2002 world series, home run balls were soaring
over the stands and into McCovey Cove, the body of water to which
San Francisco Giants Stadium AT&T Park is adjacent. Dozens of
inflatables and boats littered McCovey Cove, all filled with
people hoping to catch a home run ball.
It was the combination of flying home run baseballs into the
cove and the creativity of some of the obviously, hand crafted
floating apparatuses that caused Lori to blurt out. "the thing
to be sittin' in the cove is a BIG inflatable baseball glove!" Her
friends agreed, so after discovering that large inflatable baseball
glove chairs did not exist, Lori set out on a design mission.
Lori's designs became officially licensed by Major League Baseball Properties in July, 2003. In January 2004, Left Field Enterprises, LLC was formed, and the Left Field team began working on their first collection sports inflatables.
